Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and automated infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with a passion for security, performance, and developer enablement, capable of building robust systems from the ground up. You will play a key role in defining and operating our PAAS and data infrastructure, enabling a fast-moving, AI-assisted engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure environments
• Design and manage cloud-native and PAAS-based deployments leveraging modern orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Redis
• Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane) to ensure consistent, repeatable infrastructure provisioning
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines that support test-driven and AI-assisted development workflows
• Proactively monitor, automate, and scale systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Lead efforts in infrastructure security, compliance, and vulnerability management across environments
• Collaborate closely with backend, data, and product teams to deliver data-intensive and high-throughput systems
• Design and operate Big Data infrastructure (streaming, batch processing, storage) supporting analytics and ML workflows
• Establish observability best practices (metrics, tracing, logging) and ensure actionable insights for all production systems
• Drive incident response processes and post-mortem reviews focused on continuous improvement
• Proactively drive DevOps culture across the organization — emphasizing automation, ownership, and excellence
